Every Sites plan carries an SSL certificate, DNS management, FTP access, MariaDB databases, a file manager, cron jobs and more than 25 one-click installers. Email is billed separately, per mailbox, from 1.95 € a month.

Yes, and the migration is included. You give us access to your current provider, we copy files, databases and mailboxes, and the DNS switch happens once the copy answers.

Yes. As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason, and you can tell us however you prefer: an email to hello@hostbrid.com, a ticket from Support in the panel, a letter, or the model form you can download from the terms. If at signup you expressly asked for the service to start before those 14 days were up, we deduct the part already supplied, counted by days; if there is no such request on record, we refund everything you paid. The refund reaches your payment method within 14 days at most. If you sign up for your business, article L221-3 of the French Code de la consommation gives you the same 14 days when the contract falls outside your main activity and you have five employees or fewer; outside that case you can cancel whenever you like from the panel and the service runs to the end of the period already paid for. It is clause 5 of the Terms.

Credit or debit card, through Stripe. The invoice for each charge downloads from Billing, in the panel. If you need another payment method for an annual plan, write to us before signing up and we will tell you whether we can.

Yes: the Dev plan is free, forever — 3 sites on a .hostbrid.dev subdomain. We ask for a card to activate it, but nothing is charged. On the paid plans there is no lock-in: you cancel from the panel.

NVMe puts the disk on the PCIe bus instead of going through the SATA controller: more operations per second and lower latency. All storage is NVMe, Starter included.

Service content is hosted in a data centre in Spain. Contact, payment and certificate data may be processed by the providers identified in the Privacy Policy, with the applicable GDPR safeguards.

That the service is available at least 99.9% of each month. If a month falls short, service credits apply as described in the Terms of Service.
