All four are applied the same way across every machine: a self-renewing certificate, backups off the server, automatic IP bans and 24/7 alerting.

Certificates issued and renewed on their own, with TLS 1.3 and HTTPS redirection on by default.

Backups do not live on the machine they protect. Restore a single file or the whole site.

Automatic IP bans after failed SSH, FTP and mail attempts, plus filtering of malicious requests.

We watch availability, load and disk. Alerts reach the on-call team at any hour.

The servers are on Spanish soil and the company is Spanish. There are no international data transfers to document for GDPR.

How often are backups taken?

Weekly on the Starter plan and daily from Dev up. On VPS you can schedule whatever frequency you want.

How long are they kept?

We keep the most recent copies in rotation. If you need longer retention for compliance, it can be configured separately.

Can I restore things myself?

Yes, restores run from the panel without opening a ticket. If you would rather we did it, that works too.

The certificate, the backups and intrusion blocking are in place as soon as the site is created.
