We do the moving

Files, databases and email. We copy everything, get it running on our machines, and only then switch the DNS. If anything is off, nothing switches: your site stays where it is.

How it goes, step by step

Five steps and one decision of yours: the day of the switch.

    You tell us what you have

    The domain, what is running (WordPress, PrestaShop, a custom site, mailboxes) and who it is with. That is enough for us to say whether anything cannot come over as it is.

    You give us access

    An FTP or SSH user and database access, or your current provider’s panel. If you would rather not hand over credentials, one of their backups will do: we work with whatever you can give us.

    We copy and set it up

    Files, databases and mailboxes, with their folders. We serve it from our machines on a test domain, so it can be opened and checked before anything is touched.

    You check it

    You open the test site, check what matters to you —the cart, the form, the mail— and tell us if anything is missing. Meanwhile your live site is exactly as it was.

    We switch the DNS

    Once the copy answers and you give the go-ahead, the domain points here. The certificate is issued automatically. We leave the old site standing for a few days, just in case.

What it costs

Nothing: it is included in whichever plan you take, with no limit on sites or mailboxes and no lock-in. What you pay for is the hosting, from 2.99 € a month. VAT not applicable — French small-business exemption, art. 293 B of the CGI.

What people usually ask

Does my site go down while you move it?
No. The copy is built in parallel and your live site keeps being served from your current provider until the DNS switch. The only thing that may lag is DNS propagation, which is not up to us.
What if I lose email during the switch?
Mailboxes are copied beforehand and synced again at the moment of the switch, so what arrives in between comes through too. For a few hours mail may land in both places: that is why the old mailbox is left standing for a few days.
I have no access to my current provider.
That happens often. A recent backup of the site and the database is enough; if you do not have that either, tell us and we will look at what can be rescued from outside before promising anything.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size and on how fast your current provider answers, so we do not put a number here that we could not then stand behind. When we answer your request we give you a concrete timeframe for your case, before starting.
