Creating mailboxes, forwards, auto-replies and filters, in the same panel as the site and the domain. No second password, no second tab.

The limit is 10 messages a minute: if one runs away, it stops itself and you switch it back on, without taking the domain’s reputation down with it.

The panel’s DNS zone editor with the domain’s records: the A record of the server, of the mail host and of www, the webmail CNAME, the MX and two TXT records holding SPF and DMARC, each with its TTL and marked “OK”. — Mail is not configured somewhere else: the MX, the SPF (“v=spf1 a mx ~all”) and the DMARC come already set in the domain’s zone, and the panel marks them correct. If they ever need a change, it is the pencil on the row.

Questions about email

Can I keep the mail here and the site somewhere else?

Yes, that is the usual case. Point the domain’s MX records at our servers and the site stays wherever it is. We hand you the signing records already written.

What happens to spam?

It is filtered before it touches the mailbox. Whatever is held sits in quarantine; if you need something out of it, ask from Support, in the same panel, and we release it.

Will you bring the mail I already have?

Yes, and we do it. We copy it over IMAP from your current provider with folders and dates, and MX changes once the copy is done.

Is there a sending limit?

Yes: each mailbox has a cap on messages per minute, and the panel shows it with a counter next to it. If a mailbox runs away — a stolen password, a form in a loop — sending pauses on its own before the domain earns a bad reputation, and you switch it back on from the panel.

How many aliases can I create?

As many as you like, on as many domains as you like. Only the mailbox is billed: four addresses landing in the same place are one mailbox, not four.

What if a mailbox runs short?

Move it up a size from the panel and it stays exactly where it was, without shifting a message. It is prorated on the next invoice.
