8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law, the law of the country where enginerIT is established. That takes nothing away from anyone: if you are a consumer, you keep in full the mandatory protection of the country where you live —Spanish rules if you live in Spain— and you may bring a claim before the courts of your own home country. For companies and professionals, disputes go to the French courts of enginerIT’s registered office (Hérault, France).
9. LCEN compliance
In compliance with article 6 III-1 of French Act no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN) —the law that applies to enginerIT as a business established in France— this legal notice states the publisher’s identifying details required by that law, as far as they are on record. For visitors resident in Spain, this is also the information required by article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).
