What you pay, and where you see it

Billing lives in the panel: your subscription, anything outstanding and every invoice as a downloadable PDF.

Final price, no VAT to add
Invoicing is by enginerIT, a French company, under the VAT franchise scheme (art. 293 B of the French tax code). The number in the table is what gets charged: no tax is added afterwards.
Monthly or annual, your call
The annual cycle is paid upfront. The switch shows each offer’s rate: dedicated offers you can buy also show the full annual amount. Setup is charged separately when applicable.
One invoice per charge
Issued by Stripe on behalf of enginerIT, with the tax details, and downloadable from Billing without asking anyone for it.
Setup shown before you order
You cancel from the panel and the service runs to the end of the period already paid for. Sign up as a consumer and you also get 14 days to withdraw: ask by email, from Support or with the model form, whichever you prefer. Unless it is on record that you asked for the service to start before those 14 days were up, we refund the lot; where it is, we deduct the days already delivered.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about billing

Can I change my mind after signing up?
Yes. As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason, and you can tell us however you prefer: an email to hello@hostbrid.com, a ticket from Support in the panel, a letter, or the model form you can download from the terms. If at signup you expressly asked for the service to start before those 14 days were up, we deduct the part already supplied, counted by days; if there is no such request on record, we refund everything you paid. The refund reaches your payment method within 14 days at most. If you sign up for your business, article L221-3 of the French Code de la consommation gives you the same 14 days when the contract falls outside your main activity and you have five employees or fewer; outside that case you can cancel whenever you like from the panel and the service runs to the end of the period already paid for. It is clause 5 of the Terms.
Which payment methods are there?
Credit or debit card, through Stripe. The invoice for each charge downloads from Billing, in the panel. If you need another payment method for an annual plan, write to us before signing up and we will tell you whether we can.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: the Dev plan is free, forever — 3 sites on a .hostbrid.dev subdomain. We ask for a card to activate it, but nothing is charged. On the paid plans there is no lock-in: you cancel from the panel.
